Mr. Ostrander is an artist / designer with over five years experience. He has a particular interest in place making and creating interactive public spaces that can be enjoyed by all. Justin is a key part of the PRP team with a great strength in getting done what needs to get done! When not in the office, Justin enjoys porch sitting during warm days or sketching in a local art class.
