An oppressive, aging concrete parking structure was transformed by a layered stainless steel facade that provides new vitality for a key block in the city center. Programmable and variable LED light colors make for a celebratory night time experience.

The Edible Garden resides across from Bernheim Forest’s Visitors Center and serves as a living classroom. Sitting on a four-acre site, the ‘petal’ pathways are designed to be accessible to everyone, encouraging learning about Bernheim’s research mission and connecting to nature and ecology.
