This beach house was developed to minimize site disruption. The vertical configuration exploits exquisite views to a pelican rookery at the National Wildlife Refuge on St. Vincent Island while allowing for a discreet but intimate relationship with the primary dune. Living spaces are extruded between spiral stair and elevator towers.
